B.A.S.I.C.S, c’est un cours spécialisé où l’on travaille 6 mouvements de base en CrossTraining. C’est un entraînement qui comprend des mouvements moins complexes qui vous permettront de garder une intensité élevée et d’obtenir des résultats!
Personal training
Le développement chez les jeunes, ça nous tient à cœur! L’objectif, avec nos jeunes Rookies, c’est de contribuer à leur développement physique et mental en favorisant l’apprentissage par le jeu.

Ce cours est notre « Functional Bodybuilding ». C’est dans ce cours que l’on isole les muscles dans le but de les activer, les renforcer, vous permettant d’augmenter votre force.

The Academy
Our Academy class is the perfect way to get started with CrossTraining.
This beginner-level class is designed to teach you the foundational movements and principles of CrossTraining in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Led by our experienced coaches, The Academy is perfect for anyone who is new to CrossTraining or wants to refresh their knowledge and technique.
What to expect
During The Academy, you’ll learn how to perform the basic CrossTraining movements with proper form and technique.
Our coaches will also teach you about nutrition, recovery, and how to scale workouts to your own fitness level.
The Academy is a two-day-per-week program that runs for 4 weeks, giving you ample time to learn and practice the basics before moving on to more advanced classes.
